These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AWS Cost Health Google Sheets Add-on ("the Service") provided by AWS Cost Health ("we", "us", "our").
By installing and using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.
AWS Cost Health is a Google Sheets Editor Add-on that connects to the AWS Cost Explorer API to fetch and display billing data including daily spend by service, monthly totals, and historical cost trends.
ce:GetCostAndUsage permissionAWS charges $0.01 per API request to the Cost Explorer API. Each sync typically makes 2 API calls. These charges are billed directly by AWS to your account and are separate from this Add-on, which is free of charge.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect, store, or share your AWS credentials or billing data on any external servers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
Cost data is sourced from AWS Cost Explorer and reflects AWS's reported figures. Always verify billing information directly in the AWS Console.
In no event shall AWS Cost Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses arising from inaccurate cost data or missed billing anomalies.
The Service depends on AWS Cost Explorer API availability. We are not responsible for outages, rate limiting, pricing changes, or API modifications made by Amazon Web Services that may affect functionality.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the Add-on.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
